Laura Tusa: On Her Way To Being Home Again

Thanks to the City of New Orleans'

Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program

Ms Laura Tusa was living in one of the very last FEMA trailers in Orleans Parish until this past February.  She temporarily moved into her gutted home in the East when her FEMA trailer was taken.  The City of New Orleans put PNOLA in touch with Ms Laura.  Soon after PNOLA arranged for her to move in with her son so that we could get started on the rebuild.

Laura is pictured here with Albert Evans and Desmonde Lange both employees of the City who are working with PNOLA to fund the rebuild.

Please check back in, on our blog to follow Ms Laura's progress.
